devtmpfs: error mounting -2

I Brought New Lichee Pi Zero Board I made SD card as bootable (using zero imager file) then I Observe Boot Logs on URT0 Following ERROR I got devtmpfs: error mounting -2 and board is Rebooting Every 5 Seconds Kindly give Suggestions to solve this Error :-

How to Solve This ERROR

Is the rootfs you used that is made by yourself? Maybe there is some error in rootfs.
Could you please offer me with the .dd image or a list of files in the root directory.

@greedyhao i’m using .dd image and list of files root directory from http://dl.sipeed.com/LICHEE/Zero/Images/dd_img/ and https://licheepizero.us/ this link. i’m not crreated rootfs myself.
